wireless portable speaker

I requested a loudspeaker to tie in with my iPad as a Christmas present from one of my children. I wondered whether I would be disappointed with whatever was purchased. Quite the reverse I was very impressed with the appearance of the speaker and when I wirelessly connected it unit to unit I could hardly believe the quality of the sound and the volume range. Everyone to whom I have demonstrated this speaker have been equally impressed.

10 years later still kicking...though it's stationary as a desktop speaker.

Had this for 4 years and has worked great even after a few drops. Finally it has died from a dead non-rechargeable battery. Long time music playing for when I’m outside or at work. Loved it, but hated to see it die. Looking at the next gen Philips speaker with longer play time and a bit more power.

This little speaker packs quite the punch and fits in your pocket. It has very good sound quality, better than I thought it would. And when hooked up to a PC or laptop with virtual surround on and bass boost at 3db and frequency around 425hz, it sounds amazing actually. Better than my Samsung LED TV speakers for sure. Have yet to experience any distortion as well. Inside a room or even a living room, it gets loud and fills the room with a stadium like sound. I occasionally hear things in music I didn't hear before and also hear lyrics a lot clearer.

Just got this for Christmas. Love it, easy set up and connection. Have it paired with my iPhone and iPad. It's going to be great outside. As well as in the house. Very pleased.

This speaker is as advertised. Easy connectivity with good battery life. The sound quality is excellent for the size. The only problem that I see is an occasional skip and is minimal. Great product and value.

I enjoy going to sleep with light music. This speaker plays the music with good quality at a low volume.

The sound is great from bass to trebble. No problems with it at all. Looked long and hard for a bluetooth portable speaker and eventually chose this one. Happy that I did. It delivers wonderful sound. The volume control knob instead of the push buttons is ingenious. Simple to roll and get the exact volume you wish. No pushing up and down buttons until you find the volume you want. Great speaker.

It works like a charm used mine (not even exaggerating) every day for over a year at full blast and it finnaly gave out. very good if you aren't looking to set off car alarms.

I have wanted a buletooth speaker and was undecided on which one to buy. My daughter gave me my Phillips Buluetooth speaker and I love it. It has great sound quality and I love the slim and sleek style. My husband wanted to take from me and use it in his office at work. I'm going to surprise him with his own.
