[Employee of philipsglobal] This replaced a bulky food processor, a hand mixer, a chopper, and more. It is sleek, and yet, very powerful. I am so so satisfied with this tool, and I give it as a gift to all my loved ones. Only complaint is not with the tool, but with storage. I will Philips would have thought of an organizer or something in which to hold the tool and all accessories.

I absolutely love this immersion blender package. It has a ton of features and comes with a lot of extras for a really great value!! The 'chopped nuts' attachment that has the little screen to let the nuts fall through so they don't get pulverized OMG I had no idea how much I needed this until I bought this hand mixer! My other favorite feature is the delightfully innovative variable speed trigger. this is such a simple yet ingenious design, it makes blending so intuitive as you can adjust the speed just with some light pressure of your finger. This comes in super handy when blending soups, it is hard with other immersion blenders to be able to start off slow and then go faster when blending hot soups, it can be messy and dangerous but with this one starting off slow is super easy. I just love it!

Got my unit from sm department store. Xl chopper cannot chop anything. Complained to Philips and was dismayed to discover that malfunction is due to faulty design. Xl chopper was replaced. I used the small chopper for the 3rd time and it broke. Same problem as the xl. Blades spin but once you put food to chop. The blade would get stuck. It seems like the plastic attachment head to the chopper is not strong enough to do chopping. Even the merchandisers at the store knows about this problem. Seems to me like possibly there have been many complaints. So warning to anyone who plans to buy this. Don't. Save your money for something that really works. It's sad to say....but Philips is not a reliable brand.
