This generation of Philips food processed comes with a very cool design. The in-bowl storage helps me a lot to store it in kitchen. The color matching concept brings innovative feel. The chopper function is great. Overall, I like it very much.

Food prep is now easier and quicker than ever. I love making ratatouille but hate the food prep process, it usually takes forever to slice every single vegetable. But this device saves all the time and energy! Not to mention the grating process - i used to avoid grating anything because i always cut my finger in the process. But not anymore with this device! I haven't tried the kneading dough and making sauce part yet, but i surely will because the parts are so easy to assemble even for a housewife like me.

This processor is compact, easy to use, simple parts. I have just purchased the Blender accessories so I can make juices and smoothies cheaper than buying a good blender.

Anytime I put food in there the blade directly cuts it.

Overall the motor is very powerful. However the jar quality is very very poor. 5th day of usage the jar broken. And if i want to buy jar seperate it seems very very expensive. This is the second same product am buying and first also had the same issue. Very disappointed with quality of Philips product.

I was generally very satisfied with the product I purchased approximately three months ago. However, during hand washing, the large container slipped from my hand, fell(first time), and broke. It is truly disappointing that this original part included in the box is not covered under warranty. What is even more disappointing is that the replacement container is sold at a price almost equal to that of the product itself. This situation creates a negative impression in terms of user experience and brand perception. As a global brand that values customer satisfaction, I would have expected a more reasonable solution or support from Philips in this matter.

when using the slicer. material becomes stuck up against the down tube and the side of the container.... very difficult to remove the container from the base.. design flaw.... motor is strong.... still I would not buy this again..
