Easy to use, very light in weight and quick to get started

Bought this item 2 days ago, feel comfortable when use. Like the trimmer as it maintain precise cut on the hair. For shaver part, it is better than the other Philips shaver with rotary motion. This horizontal motion shaver cut or trim hair without touching other area and I can use it to cut some special pattern on my beard.

I've used this for 7 years and am still actively using the MG1100/16 Ultra precise beard styler. Although I mainly use the precision trimming head since I have a rather thick beard and have sensitive skin post shaving with a razor, I've had no complaints. Although if this device can be improved, perhaps a battery indicator? Currently I judge the battery capacity based on the speed and sound of the precision trimming head. Other than that, love it!
