Philips AventBaby Bottle Sterilizer

With all of the germs that are out there and having six kids running around we love being able to sterilize all of our 5 month old babies pacifiers, teething toys, pump parts and bottles in as little as 10 mins. It is easy to use and the sleek design of the Philips Avent Advanced Baby Bottle Sterilizer allows me to keep it on the kitchen counter making daily usage a cinch. No more forgetting about the boiling pot of baby bottle parts on the stove and no more worrying about all of the nasty germs as this sterilizer kills 99.9% of them. Plus it is a huge water saver using only 4.5oz of water with every use. When we were expecting our 1st child, someone suggested that we should add a sterilizer to our baby registry. The one they referred us to took up a lot of counter space, held multiple bottles, and was see-through, which didn't appeal to me at all. Now with 2 kids in this time, we have a lot to sterilize. I love that this Philips sterilizer is designed to sterilize not just bottles. It's roomy and has a sleek design where u cannot see everything as it's being sterilized. Anything that helps look less cluttered is a plus for me. I used to just boil water in a pot but it took forever for the water to start boiling and I would have to watch it constantly. With 2 kids under 2 years old, that's difficult. I love that you can just plug in this Philips sterilizer, press a button, and just leave it. In 10 minutes, you're done. So easy. If I'm being honest, I have sterilized our baby items once, maybe twice. But when I started using the Phillips Avent bottle sterilizer, I started sterilizing daily! Know better, do better - right? I love how compact it was on my counter. We're not daily bottle users, but I love that in only ten minutes, all of our stuff was sterile. I could use just the smaller section for baby spoons, teethers or just the big section for bottles. It can be customized based on what we used that day.

I cannot recommend this product enough! As someone who used to design medical sterilises, I did a lot of comparison with other products. This product expels because of: 1-drying feature: the product claims goods are kept sanitised until the lid is open. Microbio will grow on moist surfaces. Therefore, it is key to have dry goods when opening the lid. 2-sterilisation method: this product is a steam. I really do not buy into products that claim sterilisation with UV. Please avoid these for your children. UV process is heavily limited by distance to the UV light source. I do not believe that UV light will penetrate in any meaningful way around crevices. 3-steam penetration: the product is designed in a way that allows the steam to easily flow between layers.

It's easy to use. You can fit any size bottles in the sterliser, breat pump as well. The compartments are great. No leaking water on any surfaces. Slimline fits tidy in my kitchen. 10 minutes to sterlise bottles. It's steam so the lid will have water on it, just like any other steam sterliser. Happy with my purchase and the price

Quick and quite machine which actually makes your daily chores easier. You can fit a good amount of baby items and more importantly, store them inside for longer sterilisation. It's so convenient that it's not only for bottles! Manual is easy to follow. The process of sterilisation is quick and you have certainty that your baby will have clean items to use throughout the day. The machine is quite tall and takes a bit of space, so you must find a good storage area.

I have really enjoyed using this steriliser, it’s so quiet, it’s quick and so easy to use. The fact it matches my kitchen decor is a bonus! It can fix six bottles of any size in at a time plus lids, rings, tears and loose dummies. I even managed to fit in my pumping equipment with all the bottles! I like the fact you can use it as a double or single layer steriliser and it is easily portable. The only dislike I have about it is the water the drips off the lid when opening the steriliser after a use, it can create a lot of water on surfaces and floor but as long as you go prepared it’s manageable. I highly recommend this steriliser and it’s even replaced another brands steriliser I already owned. I haven’t stopped raving about it and have even suggested to other pregnant ladies because I love it that much!

I loved testing this steriliser! The instructions were easy to follow to put it together and it's very easy and simple to use. A steriliser that can sterilize a bottle in 10 minutes is amazing! Incredibly efficient. I also like the design of the product, it's modern looking so doesn't look out of place in a kitchen. It's also very easy to clean as the compartments detach easily. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say! Great product Philips!

Steriliser is absolutely amazing. I'm an older mum, my oldest is now 20 and I've used many new top of the range ones, my god they have come so far!! I love the way it can be split in case I only have a couple of bottles to do, or be kept as a 3 for when I have loads. Was very fast and I love how it keeps the bottles sterile for ages after it’s finished.

Very easy to use. It takes only a minute to get it ready, you just need to pour 130 ml or 4.5 oz distilled water. It has only one button to press. Heating up starts immediately. Steriliser holds up to 6 baby bottles, I also sterilesed breast pump. There is a section for baby bottle teats and soothers. Delivers sterile bottles in 6 minutes. Do not rush to open the lid when it is finished, steriliser and bottles need to cool down and dry for approximately 5-10 minutes.

I tested a lot sterilisers for baby bottles and different staff before Philips and I can honestly say that Philips steriliser is the best one from all which one I tried. Every parent’s should have it at home. Makes your life easier. Is keeping baby bottles clean, safe and ready to use. The cycle is so quick and quiet, if you don’t remove the top they stay sterile for 24 hours after the cycle. I sterilize everything in it eg: bottles, cups, dummies. It is very practical and simplifies everyday life. The product has been easy to set up and easy to wash afterwards. Help me a lot and save a time. Also I can say that design is lovely, match to my kitchen. Love it already and definitely will recommend to all my family & friends.
